Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Fuji Inter Hotel website and services.
1. Reservations and Pricing
Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email. Rates are displayed per room per night and may be subject to additional taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed reservation rates will not be altered.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please contact us in advance for late check-in. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full room rate.
4. Room Usage
Guests are expected to use rooms and facilities with due care. Guests may be held responsible for damage to or loss of hotel property. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
5. Parking
Free parking is available for one vehicle per room. The hotel is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage that occur in the parking area.
6. Limitation of Liability
The hotel shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or system failures. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in website content.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court.
8. Changes to Terms
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this website.
